Bio-Dome is a 1996 American comedy film directed by Jason Bloom. Bio-Dome was produced by Motion Picture Corporation of America on a budget of $15 million and was distributed theatrically by Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer.
The film stars Stephen Baldwin and Pauly Shore, and has cameo appearances by celebrities such as Roger Clinton, Kylie Minogue, Patricia Hearst, and Rose McGowan. Jack Black and Kyle Gass first came to global attention in Bio-Dome in which they performed together as Tenacious D on-screen for the first time.

The show takes place in Washington, D.C. and focuses on Olivia Pope’s crisis management firm, Olivia Pope & Associates (OPA), and its staff, as well as staff at the White House and surrounding political scene. In addition to Kerry Washington, the show features Tony Goldwyn as Fitzgerald Grant III, the President of the United States—later a former President—and Olivia’s main love interest.
Eli Pope Scandal (Joe Morton):
Eli Pope also known as Rowan is Olivia Pope’s father. He was also the commanding officer for the CIA division of B613 until the former president, Fitz Grant, fired him and replaced him with Jake Ballard.
Josh Malina (Scandal/WestWing):
Star of NBC’s Emmy Award-winning ensemble “The West Wing” actor Joshua Malina has the impressive distinction of having appeared in all but one project that Aaron Sorkin has written and produced. As Will Bailey, Malina filled the slot left open by Rob Lowe’s departure in the hit drama series. Malina also co-hosts the popular “West Wing Weekly” podcast with Hrishikesh Hirway that can be found on thewestwingweekly.com. He has since transitioned into the role of D.C. U.S. Attorney in Shonda Rhimes ABC drama “Scandal,” opposite Kerry Washington, and, during its hiatus, filmed a role in the writer/director Warren Beatty’s latest Howard Hughes feature
